The CJWU would also like to welcome our newest Executive Committee member Lak Dosanjh, who will speak on behalf of staff working for UK Border Force.
Lak previously spent 19 years with HMPPS, working as a trade union representative for over 13 years. Lak has previous experience representing members regarding investigations, disciplinary hearings, capability hearings, grievance, appeals and all other formal workplace issues. Lak is has completed relevant training including TUC union rep 1 and 2 trained, TUC health and safety stage 1 and 2 trained.
Lak has since joined the UK Border Force as a EO grade and is currently based at Heathrow International Airport.
