The CJWU would like to actively encourage all of our members to constructively engage with the annual HMPPS staff survey which will shortly be distributed at your workplace.
The CJWU believe it is important for all members of every grade working for HMPPS to have their say on issues affecting them in their workplace, whether this is a positive or a negative experience.
The CJWU welcomes the opportunity for staff, our members, to hold HMPPS to account for the working environment, and the CJWU executive committee will monitor each return for every workplace so that we can best support and advise our representatives, and members on issues affecting them in their workplace.
The CJWU stand ready for the opportunity to open dialogue with all employers that seek to work constructively with us to make our workplaces safe, friendly and decent places, and we see the annual staff survey as a way of our members highlighting their issues formally and without fear in which to start that constructive relationship.
